Starting from June this year, a monthly report on the progress of the elimination of yellow label vehicles and old vehicles in the province will be compiled and submitted in writing to the provincial government by the 2nd of the following month, with a copy sent to the provincial air pollution prevention and control joint meeting office. The public security department should be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of restrictions on yellow label vehicles and high-pollution vehicles, emergency measures for restricting motor vehicles during heavy pollution weather, and the enforcement of fireworks bans in urban areas. Ensure that vehicles that have not passed environmental protection inspections are not issued technical inspection qualification marks. A special law enforcement rectification plan for vehicles emitting black smoke will be introduced, and a survey of construction machinery will be organized.
