1. Maintenance of the mixing host
After a period of production, the mixing host of the concrete mixing plant should be regularly cleaned and maintained. For example: check the gap between the mixing blades, liners, and scrapers; check if there is any shaft binding in the mixing host; check if the discharge door and feeding hopper are flexible and sealed, etc. If there are any issues, repair them in a timely manner.
2. Maintenance of various important auxiliary components of the mixing plant:
With the increasing temperature difference between day and night in autumn, after a day's work at the concrete mixing plant, it is necessary to clean the residual water in the water tank, additive pump, and water pump to prevent freezing and damage to the pump pipes at night.
3. Maintenance of the belt conveyor feeding system
In the concrete mixing plant, the belt conveyor plays an important role in transporting materials. The electric drum needs to be replaced after a certain period of operation, and oil changes should be done frequently. Before changing the oil, all the oil inside the reducer must be drained. The method is to rotate the drum, simultaneously open the two oil plugs, and rotate them to the low position. The amount of oil injected into the reducer motor must strictly follow the values on the nameplate; too much or too little oil will affect the normal operation and efficiency of the electric drum.
4. Parts that need to be checked after one week of use of the concrete mixing plant
Check if there are signs of loosening in the fixed screws of the liners in various parts of the mixing plant;
Check the contactors in the electrical system for damage and burning;
Check the quality of the lubricating oil in the air compressor box and replace it if necessary;
